Instagram doesn’t have a direct reset option, but you can effectively retrain your algorithm by clearing your search history (Settings > Privacy > Clear Search History), actively using “Not Interested” on unwanted posts, and intentionally engaging with new content/themes in Explore—the algorithm adapts based on your recent interactions.
